The Last Sunday of BHM... We celebrate being Black to the utmost while doing it on black own soil, Bruce's Beach. For Us By Us!
Blacckkity Beach FestivalGeneral Information:What is Blacckkity Beach Festival??This event was inspired by the story of Bruce's Beach which happens to be a historical beach first owned by a black family. 100 years ago, this beach was illegally seized by the city government using wrongful legislation. Sometime last year that land was returned to the original founding family for the first time in 100 years. What better way to cap off Black History Month than to celebrate our blackness to the highest level on black owned soil!**************************************************************Age: All Ages WelcomeAttendees: Anyone is able to come and enjoy the day.
