Learn by doing as well as having the work performed on yourself. *Bonus - Each class begins with the Bi-polar Roller, an intense acupressure treatment for your feet because athletes and feet go... hand in hand - ha FIND A BATTLE BUDDY!! IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE, A COMPLETE STRANGER WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU!! :) I don't mean to scare you, but I really do want you to bring a partner - it makes you both more comfortable and engaging from the beginning, and you have a built-in practice partner for long-term gains. You'll also get a discount, so that's cool too. Who should be in this class? Anyone who participates in Track and Field, Baseball, Softball, Swimming, Football, Soccer, or practically any other sport. Running clubs... Remember me when you start to scamper up your favorite hiking trails! Anyone that has trouble breathing in general and respiratory therapists This class can really change your game! If you like this class and think it would be beneficial to a larger audience, classes can be held at your school, gym, or club location for a flat fee. In this environment, students will learn on their own yoga mats.
