Vanessa offers a structured combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and slow-flow stretches to relieve any tension. You’ll find equal parts burpees and child’s poses, and your body will feel stronger and more limber by the time your workout is over.

As a Fitness program developer, educator, and mentor Vanessa helps to support and build health clubs and instructors across the globe. She is currently the new Director of Health & Fitness at the Oakland YMCA and recently worked as a program developer for the NFL 49ersFit Gym. She is also a Master Instructor for SoulBody Barre and teaches and trains regularly.
