You were in the parklet outside, smoking & on your phone. I asked for a light, which you kindly obliged. You walked in and out of the bar a few times while I stayed outside. I didn’t have my wallet on me. I was in light army fatigue pants and a black puffer jacket. By the time I walked home 3 blocks to get my wallet & return you were gone. Meet again there, or we could meet somewhere else? Please let me know!
