Looking for an indoor potty trained puppy/young dog or young cat

I am disabled and lost my pet. I am ready to adopt an indoor potty trained puppy or a young dog who loves to cuddle. I would prefer a small or medium size breed. I would also like to adopt a tame kitten or young cat that loves to cuddle also. I am not too choosy on if it is a cat or dog, I just want he/she to be able to be trained to use the potty pads indoors or litter box. Please send me a picture of the animal and no more than 150 dollars, would also like the pet to be spayed or neutered, thank you so much. I make a wonderful adoptive parent. God Bless always.
