CREATING BALANCE- a creative exploration in seeking balance in our lives ART, EXPLORATION OF BALANCE IN OUR LIVES, REIKI, CHAKRA BALANCING CREATING BALANCE- a creative exploration in seeking balance in our lives Through the discovery of our energy and the expression of art, we will learn to create balance! This event has it all! Join us as we create a healing space for ourselves to balance this chaos, we call life. We will create a 16x20 painting representing our journey in learning the things we want to release in our life and the amazing we want to replace it with! This will be guided through personal discovery of aligning those chakras, discovering our imbalances and things that hold us back, group reiki session, and creating a mindset to allow for this balance to flow in our lives. Come comfy and casual (yoga pants, sweats, joggers), bring a water bottle (we will have a fruit infused water available), and please bring your personal yoga mat, blanket, large towel...something you feel comfortable sitting on the floor with for part of our discovery time.
