The City of West Covina invites you to join all the fun at our 1st Annual Spring Festival at The City of West Covina Sportsplex! The City of West Covina has partnered with local nonprofit organizations to bring the community the 1st annual Spring Festival! Event cosponsors include SeeSaw Communities, West Covina Business Association, East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center, Filipino American Association of West Covina, the West Covina Chinese American Association, and the West Covina Kiwanis Club.
