Become a certified bicycling instructor . This workshop is a prerequisite! Our goal is to have 50 League Cycling Instructors in the two Carolinas by October 2022. LCIs are certified to teach the Smart Cycling classes to children, as well as adults. Smart Cycling Complete (formerly called Traffic Skills 101) is a prerequisite for becoming a candidate. LCI 5055, Debra L Franklin, from Chicago will be the instructor. The $100.00 registration fee covers all workshop materials. Bring your bicycle with you to class or rentals are available.
