DANVILLE, CA — Contra Costa County finalized elections results on Monday, marking the end of a weeks-long ballot counting process following the Nov. 3 presidential election. Election workers tallied 703,021 votes. Turnout was at 84 percent. With all ballots counted, see who prevailed in local races. Winners in bold.
