Come create with Michelle and learn to craft herbal medicine to support you through the winter months. Have you ever wanted to try herbalism? Join us in one of our upcoming winter wellness workshops. Each participant will leave with 2-3 herbal preparations, an herbal recipe book and an informative card detailing best practices for each item's usage This workshop focuses on how to restore, nourish and optimize your wellness with external support. We will craft a woodland healing salve and an herbal bath soak. Salve's are a staple in my medicine cabinet used for treating dry or chapped skin, and minor cuts. It's simple to make, requiring oil infused with your favorite herbs, and beeswax. We will use a combination of herbs, salts and oils to craft a simple and soothing bath soak that will leave you feeling nourished and supported. About The Artist: Michelle Beck is a Biologist with a passion for eco based art and foraging. She likes to use found objects/plants (especially invasive species) for a variety of artistic mediums. Join her for a variety of craft workshops, or a plant/mushroom identification walk!
