Rosalynn Carter Luncheon Rosalynn Carter Luncheon- A luncheon benefitting the Rosalynn Carter Childhood Garden of Plains, Georgia on Saturday, April 30th at noon at the Marshfield Assembly of God (1538 W. Washington). This luncheon further celebrates the Cherry Blossom Festival’s sister festival relationship with the Peanut Festival in Plains. Allethea Wall (sister of Rosalynn Carter) will be interviewed as part of the program for the luncheon. The fried chicken luncheon will reflect a southern menu. Tickets are $25 per person. Tickets are non-refundable.
