My mission is share information about wellness so others can be empowered and take control of their health.  Each wellness class is designed to show how everyday wellness can be achieved and tools to make it happen.  Besides being an avid researcher I bring to the table a genuine love for helping others along their wellness journey.  Someone blessed me with information and now it is my turn to share with others.
