I am in the middle of a construction remodel in down town Berkeley, and I’m in need of a construction laborer. I do all phases of construction, such as… framing, drywall, tape, texture, doors, windows, tile, hardwood flooring, decking, roofing, plumbing. If you have knowledge in more than just one of the above listed skills that would be preferred. Pay is between $25 and $35per hr depending on skill set. Will start at $25 until skill set is shown. Paid every Monday Must have construction skills Must have own basic hand tools Must have reliable transportation Must be professional Must be reliable/dependable I am a small business that is very busy and have quiet a few more projects that would keep you busy for some time. Next projects in Sebastopol/Graton, then Fairfax. Mainly work out of North Bay. However sometimes we will go anywhere in the Bay Area. You will be hired as contract not employee, we will 1099 at end of year.
