Navigating this new norm; battling ISOLATION & LONELINESS; it's essential to reconnect in 3 vital areas ~ (1) Creator, (2) Self (3) Family The ever-evolving technological advancements provide more means of communicating and keeping in contact with friends and family. However, it causes more incidents of isolation, decreased sensitivity and awareness of self and others and a decrease in social connection. This gathering will provide tools, tips and instantly implementable resources to inspire and empower w o m e n a n d women veterans to continue this journey called life, celebrating their uniqueness, enabling us all to better love ourselves, our families, friends and community. Healing Women Healing Nations of NE Florida Inc. will be presenting this1 day gathering. The purpose of the “Art of Reconnection Wellness Gathering”, will be to provide interactive sessions that will aide in IDENTIFYING Barriers, ENDING the Shame of Silence, and RESTORING the Voices of those silenced Women set the tone and are the backbone of our families and communities. WHEN WE are connected, we help all stay connected When we are disconnected, ALL are disconnected.
