Join us on Saturday, March 19 from 4-6pm in Henderson’s famed Booze District to experience three tasty appetizers from Chef Alicia Shevetone, expertly paired with killer beers from Bad Beat Brewery! You will enjoy: • Mortadella Stuffed Mushrooms – roasted mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of mortadella, mascarpone cheese, and pistachios • Mini Wellington – beef tenderloin flavored with peppercorn dijonnaise and a mixture minced, sauteed mushrooms and shallots, wrapped in prosciutto, baked in puff pastry • Cannoli Brownie – fudgy brownies with a sweet ricotta icing, topped with chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, and a cherry Arrive any time between 4-6pm to enjoy the food – better yet, come early to grab a pint and watch the games, meet your friends, and work up your appetite playing shuffleboard!
