We are a family of caring, innovative, passionate and creative people who love what we do and who we do it with.What you’ll be doing with your talented team:Work with your District Manager to create a sales strategy for your BoutiqueReview and analyze your stores salesCreate a Sales and Development Plan for your team (2 to 4 employees)Review associate productivity, provide coaching and feedback regularlyManage all Store OperationsMaintain quality control and 5 Star guest satisfactionWork with your team to make daily outbound lead calls.Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesAttend and actively participate in area trade shows, management meetings and local training sessionsWhat You Bring To The Team (Qualifications):Two years of superior guest service experience in a retail environmentOne-year management experienceExcellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to exceed performance standardsAbility to coach, train, motivate and lead staffAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAverage work week is 42-45 hours per weekProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookEffective communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and think on your feetStrong organizational skills with attention to detail is a mustBenefits:Job Type: Full-time
