Need 32" by 36" concrete pad broken up/removed

I have a 32" wide y 36" long by 4" high concrete pad in my laundry room that my furnace sat on. I had the furnace removed and now need someone to break up the concrete pad so that I can have a new floor/floor covering installed. The concrete rises 3" above the floor but I want it broken up an additional inch below the floor so that I can have the area prepared for a new floor covering. I also need you to haul away the broken concrete. I'll pay cash. Please give me a bid and tell me how you plan to do the job. For example, what you will use to break up the concrete.
