worldwide.. Barrels of Oil were practically being given away at a LOSS
2. Exxon -Mobil recorded 9 Billion in earnings in the last quarter of 2021, Big Oil is winning because
THEY CAN!!!
Production in the US isnt relevant when OPEC controls how much crude is sent to market.
Oil is a commodity, figure it out.
