A monthly Whiskey and Cigar Pairing event. This month we have Green Spot, Yellow Spot and Red Spot as well as some Pappy Bourbon and Cigars. The journey of the connoisseur is never complete. Even after trying thousands of drams, spirits and wines you love, there’s always something new around the corner. A wonderful, yet often unexplored chapter in one’s journey is pursuing pairings. Pairings in the drink and culinary industries, for example, are endless. One of the most exciting, lesser-known marriages brings the worlds of whiskey and cigars together. Practiced for some time on a smaller scale, the global boom of whiskey, alongside the rise of craft, artisanal cigars has led a younger generation to discover the wonders of bringing the two together. On this night we will have the following; 1) Whiskey Irish Whiskey Green Spot, Yellow Spot and Red Spot 2) Cigars Barrel Fermented Pappy Van Winkle Cigars T.B.D 3) A small plate of treats to compliment the cigar and whiskey offerings. Tickets are $85 per person and can be purchased here or contact me via email at [email protected] All tables will be outside on our sidewalk patio or in our back beer garden during colder months or if extra space is needed during the warmer months. As a real treat, we will have one bottle of the Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 year for sale for this event also. We are expecting about 50ppl for this event so around half of you will have the option to purchase ($45) a 1oz pour (decided via raffle) of this rere elixir.
