Hello awhile back my family purchased two turkeys without realizing the difference between heritage(show bird) and broadbrested(food). They got broadbrested for intentions of keeping as pets without realizing they wouldnt stop growing😅 the problem is when meat chickens, turkeys, ect. arent butchered they'll grow to the point that they cant move anymore and thats whats beginging to happen. Theyre a little over a year old and we really wanted to keep them but its obvious that wont be possible.
