Construction/ pipeline laborer

Looking for a general laborer to help with underground construction projects. Operate shovel, install irrigation pipelines, septic systems,spotter for exposing underground utilities, directional drilling,excavation knowledge. Must have valid Ca drivers license,must be able to work weekends as needed, and have reliable transportation. 8 to 12 hour days, must be able to work in the heat and cold.
