Hi, I build and repair fences weekly, the jobs vary throughout the week but generally it’s all the same thing. I tend to load the truck with materials as early as 6am and will have you meet me at the house 7:30-8am ( it is optional to meet me at the job site if it is closer to where you live and you want to go directly home afterwards. I need a helper that will help unload the tools on site, connect batteries, unload truck materials while i’m talking to the customer. Then the day follows with you helping me demo the fence, replacing old post, reattaching sections, holding and handing stuff to me. We take breaks around every 2 hours and take a 40 to 1 hr lunch. I pay a bonus if we finish the job quickly or I see you work great that day/week. I will pay cash after the job is done (usually same day ), $18 hr regardless. - No experience needed - be able to lift 60lbs - must be willing to learn - good at taking directions - reliable - good attitude and flexible ( some days are short, some long) - having a truck is a big plus ( will pay extra if you are willing to use it ) schedule varies based on jobs. I like to take Tuesdays and Saturdays off but sometimes a day or two extra. I do stay busy and only getting busier. I will try to take care of you to where you make your money ( if you take on more responsibility’s I have no problem giving you a raise ).
