Hands needed for outdoor camp development

We are looking for a reliable set of hands to assist in building an innovative off-grid outdoor resort on 60 acres of beautiful mountain land near the Blue Ridge Parkway (between Marion and Spruce Pine). Someone who can take orders from someone with more experience and work hard to make magic happen. Carpentry and handywork experience is a plus. The first phase of the project includes site development, 5 unique deck platforms, a spring water system, a pavilion, and a bath house *plan already approved by the county*. You will be working with myself and the builder directly on a daily basis. We can provide temporary housing on the land if preferred - there is an old hunting cabin and I've got one of these yomes in storage that can be set up on a platform (). We'll start out with a small project first to see if we work well together. The 60-acre property is within 15 min of three waterfall hikes and has over ½ mile of well-established road, 8-9 acres of gentle terrain, an old cabin, two gushing natural springs, big mountain views, and a 20-foot waterfall itself. The Blue Ridge Parkway property is our first acquisition with 2 more extraordinary properties in the pipeline.
