For rent an empty 720 sq ft. outbuilding with electricity. This could be used as an artist studio/storage unit/wood shop. $1 per sq ft and a $30 electric surcharge per month. There is no running water and no heat. I could throw in a propane heater if some one is interested but I have worked out there without a heater and never had any issues. It will be a month to month lease to start and after 3 months we can reevaluate if you want a longer lease. No sleeping or overnight stays in the outbuilding will be permitted. Unfortunately no bathroom can be provided with this rental but there is a public restroom just down the road. 240 volt electric and 110v provided. It is a residential neighborhood so although you can work whatever hours you would like we ask no loud noises/power tools from 9 pm-8:00 am. $720 deposit and references required.
