Here are the top 3 stories in Charleston today: The Charleston Animal Society is offering $15,000 for information related to the shootings of three dogs in Orangeburg. There is $5,000 being allocated per shooting in an attempt to bring the shooter to justice. Sampson was shot in the face, Marshall was shot in the rear leg, and Fred was shot in both of his rear legs. Anyone with information is being instructed to contact authorities in Orangeburg County. (WIS10)The North Charleston Police Department is asking the public to help them identify a black truck pulling a black trailer and a black van that were involved in a road rage incident. The two vehicles were traveling across the Don Holt Bridge on Feb. 4, 2022. Authorities are directing anyone with information to contact the North Charleston Police Department Tip Line. A record number of travelers are using the airport but will have to wait another four years to arrive at a new concourse. There has been a significant increase in direct flights leaving the airport.
