I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment right now! It is a two-bedroom one-bath 1000sq+ and is unfurnished. It is located in Woodlake park and is a spacious and safe neighborhood with laundry units outside the apartment just a few feet away. Male or female is ok with me, no couples. 420 🍁 friendly! Don’t have a problem with pets as long as they don’t destroy anything or are too noisy 😊 LGBT friendly! 🏳️‍🌈 The rent on your part would not exceed 750 a month I am not subletting, this is an offer to put your name on the lease! My rules are that my roommate has to be clean, respectful and responsible enough to pay rent on time it is a 7-month lease Would preferably have a roommate who wasn’t above 30 and is into video games/anime/horror/memes, going to parties and clubs on weekends and Star Wars. Currently playing mostly warzone and dead by daylight 💀
