We are looking for painting and general maintenance subcontractors. Painters can be individuals or crews, open to varying experience levels, primary focus is interior residential and property management projects. Crews are also needed for residential exterior work, must have relevant tools and equipment, job materials provided. Maintenance subcontractors are needed for general property maintenance, punchout, and work orders. It would be helpful if individuals are able to complete both maintenance and painting projects.
