Hiring urgently! We are seeking a sales assistant to help with photo and video sales for a dance competition in Kansas City from Thursday, Feb 24 to Sunday, Feb 27th, 2022. Retail experience and a background in dance are a plus. Please note that proof of vaccination is required, thank you. Event date: Feb 24 - 27th (Thursday to Sunday) Theater: Folly Theater Location: 300 W 12th St, Kansas City, MO 64105 Hours: Thursday, Feb 24, 2022: 11:00am - 9:00pm (approx 9 hrs) Friday, Feb 25, 2022: 8:30am - 9:30pm (approx 12 hrs) Saturday, Feb 26, 2022 8:30am - 9:30pm (approx 12 hrs) Sunday, Feb 27, 2022: 8:30am - 5:45pm (approx 8.5 hrs) *You will have 30 min meal breaks and 15 min breaks. *Please note that you must be able to work all days to apply, thank you. The sales assistant will provide administrative support to sales and other duties as assigned. - Assist customers with photo previews - Check customer order info for accuracy and completeness - Process credit card payments using a Square POS system - Provide excellent customer service - Help select ballet/dance images for sample slideshow - Help coordinate meals and coffee orders for the photo/video team Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Apple devices and tech-savvy Ballet/Dance background is a plus Compensation: $700 for the gig (Approx $16.75 per hour) Paid in cash on the last day of the event.
