Responsible for the replacement of air filters in HVAC systems located in facilities throughout Austin Texas. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and learn our business. We are growing quickly and if you are able to prove a good work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail it will not be long before leadership positions are available. We believe work ethic enhances character, and we have built our team around that principle. We have part-time technician positions available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Using a list provided from the office, change all of the air filters on building rooftops. Must be courteous with the people. Must be able to follow and update the filter list precisely. The panels of HVAC equipment must be properly fastened back onto the units. The work site must be clean when you leave. You will be working alone. This position starts out working with another more experienced technician in the field. Our company prioritizes safety and listens to our technicians in the field. Training and equipment are provided when needed. We encourage our employees to work as a team so that our jobs are completed accurately and efficiently the first time. QUALIFICATIONS To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty well. Must be able to pass a DPS background check. Must have your own reliable pick-up truck to transport filters. Will be compensated for gas. Must have a clean driving record. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED equivalent, need to have job experience with references COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to effectively present information to supervisors, managers, co-workers, and tenants on a one-on-one basis when needed.
