Black cat with 2 collars found. Is anyone missing a black cat with 1 white flea collar and 1 colorful collar with a tiny bell on it? It's extremely friendly, we suspect has fleas. We gave it soft food AND hard food and it gobbled it up, very hungry. Any help would be great! We live near Colby Lane + The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints off of W Park Street
