Feral cats

About 5 years ago I came across a couple feral cats behind my employer's business. They seem to be rather hungry so I fed them. To make a long story short these cats are not fixed and continue to multiply. There's now about a dozen of them. Is there a vet out there that would not mind trapping and fixing them so they don't continue to multiply? Thank you and have a good day.
