Rehoming young dog

I have a female blue heeler that’s a little over a year old. She is extremely smart and knows some tricks she also knows all basic commands. She’s good off leash and comes when called. I prefer her to be going to an active household. She’s good with kids,cats and birds. She’s NOT good with other dogs. She is dog reactive towards mostly female or dominant dogs. This means I would prefer her not going into a house with other dogs in general. She may come with a few things (not positive) She also tends to bark at things in the distance that she can’t see especially at night I think her eyes are bad… Other than that she’s an AMAZING dog and will do anything to pleasure her owner. I think she could do some dog sports as well like frisbee she’s super good at and possibly dock diving as she loves to swim. She loves ice fishing, hiking, kayaking and boating she will sit in the kayak or boat with you. She’s a medium sized dog I’m 5’7 and she’s up to my knee. She’s around 30 or so pounds. I’m pretty sure she is UTD on shots. Contact me for photos and rehoming fee her breed is an amazing breed and she is not free. I will negotiate the re-homing fee though.
