Successful small short term rental company seeks cleaner/housekeeper with laundry skills. 35 hours a week. Starting pay is $15.75-$23 per hour. Our lower range is for beginners, applicants with demonstrated hotel or resort experience will begin in the higher range. Benefits: 1 week paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks paid vacation in the next 12 months. 3 weeks paid vacation each year thereafter. Bonus pay for Oaks and Derby day. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day all guaranteed off. Holiday pay for New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. Hours: 930am-430pm, Wednesday- Sunday Duties: Clean homes, working from a written check list. Attention to detail is an absolute requirement. Wash/fold sheets/towels/laundry. Some ironing. Must work well alone sometimes and sometimes with the rest of the team. Qualifications: Must be vaccinated for Covid 19. No cigarette smoking or vaping permitted on any part of any of our properties at any time. No breaks for smoking or vaping. Strongly prefer non smokers/vapers. Must pass criminal back ground check (minor issues more than 3 years ago ok). Must live within 10 miles of 900 Baxter Ave. Please note: We do not pay "under the table". This is an on the books job.
