Handyman wanted!

I am looking for a handyman to do serval jobs. I am renting a 800sq ft unit in a warehouse. It does not have a/c and I also need to put a washer, dryer, and sink in my unit. I will have to get portable a/c because the windows are not sliding windows, they crank open. I will need someone who is able to in some way secure the hose/vent of portable a/c unit in the window, since the typical panel included won’t work with this type of window. I will need a washer/dryer hookup and thing for a sink as well. There is already a water line in the unit next to mine, but it is not extended to mine currently. I would prefer someone who can provide the necessary materials and tools in their price. Please contact me with your quote.
