I’m a former certified Honda mechanic at Temcon, some in sight for you. Just so you dnt go through what I did. They recently just fired foreman of 15 years & hired two in house uncertified “mechanics” to take over shop one doesn’t speak English (Omar) the other one has a borderline confederate flag on his right forearm (Kody), on top of that you will pay full price for health care because they don’t cover half which come out to be $300 + if your young lol the tax deductible on weekly pay is super high so on top of paying health care which is 50-100$ per check you will be deducted another $200. With the Great option of no employee parking just somewhere on the side of the road, no ac or heat, shop is covered in dust/dirt, the owners pretend to be religious Mormons (which is lead by the President of company Curtis),but have no spiritual compass. On top of that “engine mechanic “ meant parts runner, shop helper, heavy diesel mechanic, plumber, electrician, cleaner, and tire guy and refuse to do so you will be threaten to be fired. lol so have fun be careful. Not one of those guys in there can turn a wrench either just saying. Hint on the $750 sign bonus there desperately trying to find someone cuz no one wants to work in a shit hole.
