This situation requires a special person. You must be non-judgmental as you will be helping a disabled single parent to situate their home to accommodate their physical needs. Very rewarding situation and can provide publicity for you or your company if you desire it. Once the project is finished regular maintenance either once or twice a week can be offered. If you are not a kind and considerate person, this is not the right situation for you. Please be able to help move furniture around if needed. Organizing the garage is part of the project. If you are intimidated by strong independent disabled people, please don't waste our time. I'm not trying to help her find a bulldozer type personality that just wants to take over, but someone that's willing to work together to get it accomplished. This situation is rewarding in many ways, not just financially.
