2 Prime and paint 80 linear ft of neighbor fence to color match.
3 Distribute 1 ton of decomposed granite throughout the front and back yard to fill in low areas
4 Powerwash of the house
5 Repair of broken window screen
6 Installation of 10 pavers in the front yard
7 Removal of old plumbing material underneath the house
8 Securing of loose cable and wire underneath the house
