Looking to hire on a crew lead for a construction company specializing in decks. You do not have to have any prior deck building experience. Must have former construction experience, framing is a bonus. As crew lead you would be in charge of the job site and would have two individuals under you as well. Starting pay is 20 dollars, but will go up from there. This is full time work. M-F 8-4:30 pm, and in summer we work 4-10's which gives you Friday's off. Paid sick time, benefits to come in 2022. You would be in charge of the trailer on site as well. Do not have to have any previous experience of leadership/management to apply either. Looking for someone who will be willing to grow within the company and eventually become foreman then superintendent.
