licensed hvac or journeyman contractor to stand final inspection

I have a small renovated house in Salisbury, MD. The hvac guy that did the work abandoned the job after failing the final inspection. Only minor things where required by inspector such as P trap for condensing drain of the AHU. Im looking for someone that can resolve the issues written by the inspector and stand for the final inspection. Inspection company is First State Inspection. And the permit was pulled thru the city of Salisbury. It will be a matter to contact inspector agency as the new HVAC contractor, fulfill the remaining items of the inspection and stand for the final inspection.
