We are hiring for an evening janitorial supervisor. Supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial and industrial establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Will train new employees. Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems. Reports to company owner on a daily basis with status updates. Communicate with customers and employees, maintain a safe work environment, perform jobs to satisfaction of customers per work orders and cleaning schedules, cover shifts as needed, stocking of accounts. Requirements: Must be detail oriented. Must be able to follow instruction, have valid drivers license and dependable vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work at a fast pace, must be a team player and must be able to be on feet for long periods of time. Background check required. Must have a smart phone for clocking in and out and performing quality inspections. Must provide your own transportation to and from the job site. We are looking for dependable, motivated people who want to do quality work! Will be required to walk, stand, bend, reach, lift and repeat cleaning motions utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies.
