Looking for Roommate who would have some tasks as a live in aide for myself, a person with a lifelong physical disability, in return for your own room with full bathroom, access to in house washer and dryer, and kitchen privileges. Previous experience working with someone with a disability is not required, I can train the right candidate. I hire personal assistants to assist me with most of my daily life needs and activities, but need assistance from my roommate / live in aide to include at night with bedtime routine, and if experiencing weather events where we are sheltering in place at home together and my assistants cannot get to me due to inclement weather conditions. Looking for someone who doesn’t travel much and stays in town on holidays, perhaps someone with family who lives locally. I am vegetarian, have cats, and use natural cleaning products, so someone who supports those lifestyle elements would be ideal. Must be a non smoker. Looking for someone who is physical fit enough to provide assistance, extremely responsible and dependable, flexible, friendly, and who thinks they would enjoy this type of situation.
