Press release from the City of Eden Prairie: November 6, 2020 A Message from Mayor Ron Case Local Election Canvassing Board The City Council will meet as the local election canvassing board Friday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Center. Yard Waste Drop-Off Site The City's new Yard Waste Site is available for use by Eden Prairie residents and businesses free of charge. To use the facility located at 9811 Flying Cloud Drive, residents must bring a driver's license or utility bill with an Eden Prairie address for proof of residency, and landlords or business owners must bring a utility bill or business card with an Eden Prairie address. The site will be open four days a week through Sunday, Nov. 22. Hours of operation, guidelines for use and a list of materials accepted at the site are available at edenprairie.org/YardWaste. Staff News Peyton Geis recently joined the City as a parks maintenance technician. Before coming to Eden Prairie, Peyton worked for the City of Carver. He also worked in seasonal positions for the City's Fleet Services Division and Parks and Recreation Department. Peyton graduated from St. John's University.
