General Construction Labor / Remodeling Team Member Needed

We are a locally owned remodeling company in the Denver area working on residential and commercial remodeling projects. We are looking for skilled team players, with a great attitude to work with an established crew. This is a sub-contractor / 1099 position, not an employee position and full-time is not guaranteed. Majority of jobs are in the Denver area however some jobs take us to Colorado Springs, Ft. Collins, and some mountain towns. Applicants must have 2-5 years of construction experience and skilled in at least 3 of the following areas: • Tile installing, grouting, assisting tile installers • Demo, general labor support, detailed clean-up • Light carpentry; base and case • Light plumbing or electrical • Framing • Drywall • Painting Requirements: • Have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license • Have your own tools • Be on time and available for assigned shifts (including some nights and weekends) • Detailed and quality work, no short cuts • Team player, good attitude • Knowledge of power tools and safe use • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Proven experience in construction Pay based on experience: $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience and skill-level.
