Direct Support Professional, In Home Care Residential Associate - FULL and PART time positions available at our group homes in our Spring Hill Locations. Day, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekend shifts available. The Residential Associate provides day to day direct care support services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) in a small home-like residential setting. This includes, but not limited to: teaching and coaching in socialization, personal hygiene, homemaking and daily living skills. 1 year experience working with individuals with IDD or related field of nursing/education/social/ behavioral/rehabilitative services. EOE/Drug Free/Tobacco Free Workplace. High School Diploma required. Clean Driving Record/Valid FL DL. Pass Background screening. Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance, PTO, Vacation, 401K.
