Home Remodeling Contractor is looking for a project manager to assist us with our ongoing projects, preparing estimates for home renovation, kitchen, and bathroom renovation, quality control, communicating with our clients. Duties: Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control, and evaluate ongoing renovation projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget. Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control, and change order administration. Prepare an estimate for home additions, kitchen and bathroom and etc. Overseeing all onsite and offsite renovations to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in home remodeling projects, kitchen and bathroom, and home additions. Qualifications: knowledge of Home Remodeling. Ability to organize your time and workload. leadership skills. Excellent customer service. business management skills. Excellent verbal communication skills.
