AUTO MECHANIC NEEDED FOR '94 MUSTANG

I am looking for a mechanic to help me diagnose some issues with my 1994 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. If you are able to determine what the issue is and what the needed repairs are and how much I will be looking at spending to fix my car, that will be awesome. I am also looking for a mechanic who will do the repairs and be willing to enter into a written agreement to establish a payment plan. I will be completely honest with you.
