We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. Our Pay-for Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $15/hr Plus the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-$24/hr.
