Mixture of small and medium gigs available at the house. These can all be done in just a day's work. Handyman or home repair assistant needed for the following: 1. Install handrails for three small outdoor staircases. Can be just basic 2x4 wooden railings with no spindles needed. Only one handrail needed per staircase. 2. Install plastic mesh on two crawlspace openings to keep out any critters. Plastic gutter mesh is dirt cheap at lowes. 3. Remove and haul out satellite dish from the roof corner, and all its associated wiring (will require entering crawlspace). 4. Install 3 glass panes on a window. 5. The whole lot is only.25 acres. Chainsaw all bushes and small trees down to near ground level, then axe the stumps all the way down to ground level. (Unless you're ok with chainsaw at ground level.) 6. Replace the float valve assembly (including flapper) of one of the toilets. 7. Haul out a small rusty metal fire pit. 8. Remove and haul out unused remnants of chain link fencing (about 6 feet length total). Also remove unused posts for the chainlink. 9. Reinsert falling insulation in crawlspace and prepare the crawlspace for vapor barrier (plastic sheeting) installation to be done in the future. 10. Use mortar mix to fill up a large crack and a chipped brick on one of the brick staircases. Also for a gap in the side of the house.
