Rescue cat needs a home

Description

This is a little stray we picked up that needs a home. We're asking a 100$ rehoming fee for him to help cover some of his vet bills. Cash only, please. Vet estimates him to be 2 years old or so. Fully vaccinated, full panel of blood work done (clean), negative for FIV and leukemia, neutered, chipped, dewormed, and has had two rounds of Bravecto. 10lbs 10oz last time he went to the vet, 1/19/22. He is a very sweet cat that loves to be held and has been friendly with everyone he's met. Loves attention! He will go to sleep in our laps or likes to be held in a sweater. He doesn't fuss at the vet or when we trim his nails and is generally laid back. He purrs a lot, and usually only meows if he's in a room alone just to ask where everyone is. He’s good with dogs, but we don’t know if that extends to other cats or kids. He's mindful with his claws and keeps them sheathed and doesn't bite, even when playing, and doesn't ambush feet, so he'd probably do well with kids. His favorite toy is his laser and prefers toys that he has to jump up and get or swat at rather than ground toys (but will still play with them). He will chase the laser until he's panting and also chases the reflection on his ID tag. He wiggles his butt to pounce on his toys a lot, and 'mrrps' all the time. He comes when called, and we call him by 'mrrp'ing. When he gets really excited, he wiggles his head and stands on his back legs and chirps for us to follow him so we'll play. He loves paper bags more than cardboard boxes. He's always sitting at the door when we come home but doesn't try to escape when the door is open. He likes to watch videos on phones and computer screens, but not so much on the TV. He’s not a picky eater at all and doesn't fuss for food, but patiently waits at his dish to show us that it's empty. He’s okay with brushing, but doesn't seem to get the point of it. He isn't bothered by transportation in the slightest. Litter trained and has never had an accident. He has hissed once and that was when he first encountered our vacuum, yet he's completely fine being out and about at the vet even while there are big dogs barking at him. He hasn’t hissed at it since, he just runs away from it. Inside only! I also don't want him to go somewhere that will declaw him. I'm willing to drive him to a public meeting spot for safety's sake, because I'd rather not have people come to our house or vice versa just in case someone has covid.
