We are a fun team-based, customer-centric, industry leading provider of supplies for Commercial Printing, Packaging & Labeling, and Newspaper/Magazine print location accounts, all across the country and even globally! We manufacture/convert Printing Press Blankets, Coater Units, Mylar Sheets, Packing Paper, and Duro Cutting Bars. If you are someone who is very reliable team leader, experienced in Shipping & Receiving, a confident independent self-starter, and comfortable running a shipping department with unique needs then we are looking for you to join the J Thomas McHugh Company team! Hours: 8am-4:30pm EST (with a 1hr break included) Attire: casual, comfortable Work environment: fun, team-based, high-volume manufacturing/converting Pay rate: $16-18/hr (weekly direct deposit; with a $1/hr raise after 60days) Requirements: ideally 1-2yrs experience in a general Shipping & Receiving capacity, experience pack-listing items in an ERP computer system, ability to record order details on the computer system, ability to process labels for packages with all vital information, experience palletizing and scheduling LTL movements, ability to communicate with team members and/or occasionally customers and sales reps to manage expedited shipments, experience handling/building cardboard shipping boxes and packing items, experience using auto-tape machines, ability to monitor box/supplies inventory and reorder units as needed, ability to occasionally lift heavy items, ability to keep a meticulous record of shipment information, ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high output facility, ability to operate a dolly and electric pallet jack. Systems/Programs used: UPS WorldShip, Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Internet (Chrome).
